Joseph P. Langan is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in engineering, design, project management, and construction. He has successfully built and managed over $250 million in projects, ranging from commercial office and industrial spaces to healthcare, science and technology facilities, and multifamily housing. His expertise extends to all aspects of real estate development, including commercial leasing, financing, property management, and environmental cleanup/brownfield redevelopment.

Mr. Langan’s career highlights include the development of River Drive Center, a 255,000 SF Class A office complex, and Riverfront Center/Riverwalk, a mixed-use project valued at over $150 million. He has also led numerous environmental cleanup and brownfield redevelopment projects, including Mill Race Village and 10 Craig Road. Mr. Langan’s recent focus has been on sourcing renewable energy sites and projects on brownfields, landfills, and abandoned coal mines, aligning with the increasing demand for renewable energy and incentives offered through state and federal programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from NYU.
